Payment Policy

With iDEAL you pay safely and quickly via your own, trusted banking environment. This is the most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. We also offer various other secure payment methods.

Payments are made via the Pay.nl platform.

Order and Pay

1. Place your product(s) in your shopping cart. First, search for the product you want to buy. Then put it in your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping or continue ordering.

2. Address

Enter your address details where you want your products delivered. Please fill in completely, this prevents your package from being delayed or lost.

3. Payment

You will now receive an overview. Check everything and then click on pay and you’re done! All prices quoted include VAT.

Shipping policy

Suplint ships to all states across the European Union. We don’t ship Internationally at this time. 

Order processing usually take between 24 and 48 hours.

The estimated delivery time for orders is usually 3 to 6 business days.

Business days refer to the days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Return policy

When returning one or more products, you must enclose a copy of the invoice. After receiving the returned items you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Refunds will only take place if the items arrive with us unopened and undamaged. 

You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the products. 

If you want to return product(s), you have 14 days to return the product(s). After receiving the return, we will refund you within 14 days.

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 14 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.

Do you want to submit a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us at [email protected]. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.

If you do not agree with the solution or if we cannot find a solution together? Then you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires after the 14-day cooling-off period, after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the agreement.

You can do this by e-mail or by letter. We can also email you the return form.

You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the product(s). If you want to return product(s), you have 14 days to return the product. After receiving the return, we will refund you within 14 days.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have received your return from us. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will pay you back using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

After receiving the returned items you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are cosmetics whose seal has been broken after delivery. For reasons of hygiene, cosmetics are not suitable to be returned if the seal has been broken.

Guarantee

We naturally hope that the product you have purchased from us functions well to your complete satisfaction.

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
