Your contractual partner for all orders on the website https://suplint.eu

Suplint B.V.L.L.C.,
Monitorweg 27, Almere
1322BJ, Netherlands

2. Formación de contratos en transacciones comerciales electrónicas

(1) The products offered on the https://suplint.eu website do not constitute a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. They represent an invitation for you to submit a binding offer. You make such an offer to enter into a purchase contract with us when you place your order by clicking the “Buy” button in the shopping cart. Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and detailing its contents (“Order Confirmation”). By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions in effect on this site. If you do not agree with all of the Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use this site, nor purchase our products.

(2) When the merchandise leaves our warehouse and is shipped to you, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment and contract. This email also represents our binding acceptance of your offer. If the merchandise from a single order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive a separate shipment and contract confirmation for each package. However, even in this case, only one integral contract will have been concluded.

(3) We reserve the right to enter into contracts only with customers who are 18 years of age or older.

(4) For technical reasons, we cannot accept orders by any other means (fax, letter, or email).

3. Information about the consumer’s right of withdrawal

3.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal

Our customers who are consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal described below.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or, in the case of a contract covering multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last batch of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SUPLINT B.V.L.L.C., Monitorweg 27, 1322BJ Almere, the Netherlands) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, an email, fax, or a letter sent by postal mail). You may use the attached cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not obligatory.

To comply with the cooling-off period, you only need to send the withdrawal statement before it expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us at SUPLINT B.V.L.L.C., Monitorweg 27, 1322BJ Almere, the Netherlands immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen (14) day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value is attributable to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
