Orders shipments

We ship to all regions across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands.

At this time, we only ship domestically.

No, we offer home delivery for all areas and regions.

Order processing and shipping usually take between 24 and 48 hours.

If you have already received a tracking number, it means that your order has already been shipped and, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to it. In case you have not yet received the tracking number, we recommend that you contact us via email at [email protected] and let us know the details you wish to modify. We will be happy to assist you with whatever is necessary.

The estimated delivery time for orders is usually 3 to 6 business days.

Business days refer to the days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Orders under £45 have a shipping cost of £5. Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping. Cash-on-delivery orders, regardless of the amount, have a shipping cost of £10.

Delivery

You can track your order status using the tracking number and link you’ll receive once it ships. It may take up to 48 hours to receive the tracking number. If you haven’t received it after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected]

If you are not home, your package will be delivered another day.

If the tracking information shows as delivered, please allow 2-3 days. Very often, FedEx delivery drivers scan the barcodes before physical delivery. After 3 days, please contact us at: [email protected]

Returns and exchanges

Yes, we accept returns. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected] before taking any action regarding the refund. To obtain a full refund, it is necessary to return the product received. Please note that refunds are only offered within 60 days of the purchase date; transactions made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

You have the option to exchange an item.

If you have proof that shows the product is in poor condition, all returns are free.
